At Mirza Auto Parts, we aim to provide reliable and timely delivery of motorcycle parts across Pakistan.
Delivery Areas
We currently deliver orders across Pakistan through available courier services.
Delivery availability may vary depending on the destination and courier service coverage.
Delivery Charges
Shipping charges depend on factors such as:
- Delivery location.
- Order size and weight.
- Package dimensions.
- Courier service availability.
Applicable shipping charges will be displayed or communicated during the ordering process before the order is dispatched.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
For Cash on Delivery orders, courier charges are required to be paid in advance before the order is shipped.
The advance courier charges generally range from PKR 350 to PKR 650, depending on the order, package size, delivery location, and applicable courier charges.
The remaining product amount will be payable to the courier upon delivery.
The advance courier charge is a delivery-related payment and is separate from the remaining product amount payable upon delivery.
Bank Transfer Orders
For bank transfer orders, the full order amount must be paid in advance before the order is shipped.
Order processing and shipment will begin after the payment has been received and confirmed.
Order Processing
Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days after order confirmation or payment confirmation, where applicable.
Orders may take longer to process during sales, promotions, public holidays, or periods of unusually high order volume.
You will receive an order or shipment update when your order is dispatched.
Delivery Time
Estimated delivery is generally 2–5 business days after dispatch for most locations in Pakistan.
Delivery to remote or less-served areas may take additional time depending on courier coverage and service availability.
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to courier operations, weather, public holidays, security conditions, incorrect address information, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Delivery Address and Contact Information
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address and valid contact information when placing an order.
Please make sure your:
- Full name
- Phone number
- Delivery address
- City
- Area/locality
are correct before confirming your order.
If incorrect information causes a delivery failure or additional courier charges, the customer may be responsible for the resulting costs.
Failed or Returned Deliveries
If a shipment cannot be delivered because the customer is unavailable, refuses the shipment, provides an incorrect address or contact number, or otherwise prevents successful delivery, the courier may return the package to Mirza Auto Parts.
If the customer requests the order to be shipped again, additional delivery charges may apply.
For COD orders, any advance courier charges already paid may not be refundable where the failed delivery or return is caused by the customer's actions, subject to the circumstances of the order.
Courier Delays
Once an order has been dispatched, delivery is handled by the selected courier service.
Delays caused by courier operations, weather conditions, public holidays, security restrictions, remote-area delivery limitations, or other unforeseen circumstances may occur and are outside the direct control of Mirza Auto Parts.
If you experience a significant delivery delay, please contact us and we will assist in checking the shipment status with the courier.
Order Tracking
Where tracking information is available, customers will receive the relevant tracking information after their order has been dispatched.
Tracking availability and update frequency depend on the courier service.
